Content that breaks the spirit of these rules may be removed at moderator discretion. In single player the Venezuela strategy is the best. You get 500+ pts from prior focus. Enough to get yourself the 15% more PP and then when you can go to war against Venezuela you have enough PP to get partial mobilization. But don't change your conscription law because later you gonna have focus that increase it.
So if you go limited conscription for exemple and then start the focus prepare intervention you will get back to volunteer only. It's a bug if you ask me, but well right now you will be wasting PP if you manually change your consciption law instead of using focus.
