I found this boss to be very unique: Not only do you have the return of Tails's arch-nemesis from Sonic Before the Sequel, but also a transforming music track that changes when the tower activates a special move: alternating the weather. The music changes into a hard-rock guitar riff version when the weather is fiery and hot, a calm but harsh groove when it's cold and snowy, and lastly a symphonic march when it gets stormy and thundering.
