Hi Chris,For Exchange 2016 (and 2013) granular recovery of Exchange items won't work for sure with Acronis Backup for VMware 9 (these Exchange versions are supported in 12.5 only). Also there is no granular AD recovery neither in Acronis Backup for VMware 9.0 nor in Acronis Backup 12.5. The AD granular recovery feature is planned for futuer updates/versions only (probably within 12.5 or even a new version).Upgrade to 12.5 is free for customers with active maintenance only. If you have expired maintenance then there is an upgrade license which can be purchased at reduced price.Thank you.
